Makeup is my passion! I love the industry, and the chance it gives me to meet new people. I studied at Ali McD in 2009 and have since furthered my skills working in the iD and Zonta fashion shows, on set for film, television & video productions and magazine shoots. Outside of the busy wedding and formal season I enjoy donating my time to the Look Good Feel Better workshops for women undergoing cancer treatment. I take real pride in my work and find genuine enjoyment in helping clients achieve their goals. For everything makeup contact me for friendly professional service and advice. Many different things come into play in creating a photograph that fulfils your objectives, but "looking the part" is where makeup for photography comes in.

Whether it is colour or black and white portrait photography, a natural or high fashion makeup look, I will work with you to enhance your skin and features, correct shortcomings and create the perfect look for that perfect shot. I love working with my clients to create their vision, or if preferred I can style the look independently. Being fully mobile means I can remain on site for touch ups and makeup changes during the shoot.

I really enjoy the variety and challenge that film and television offers. I have good experience working on set and always jump at the chance to learn new skills.

I am fully mobile and happy to work flexible hours. I worked on the New Zealand Film Commission funded feature "I Survived a Zombie Holocaust", produced by 38 Pictures which included a lot of special effect makeup and I was involved in another NZFC funded short film entitled "Running Stitch", produced by Exit Films which was shot over only a week at the old Dunedin Prison... Spooky! More recently I did makeup for the hugely funny Ben Hurley and Steve Wrigley with hilarious special guest comedian Pete Helliar for the “Ben & Steve: World Famous In” TV production.

Over the years I have been enjoyed being involved in the Emerging Designer Awards, the Zonta Extraordinary Fashion Shows, Style Christchurch Fashion Show and the ID Fashion Shows. I have also done work for Black magazine and Critic magazine.
